Astra had solid offline authority and a digital presence that didn't do it justice. We realigned every touchpoint, brand, website, social, email, so that the way the company is perceived online matched the reputation built over thirty years.

Astra SA, From workplace safety to digital safety.
The context

Strong offline reputation, digital lagging behind.

Astra is a benchmark in Ticino for fire safety, workplace prevention and PPE, with thirty years of business behind it. Offline the perception was solid; online the site was dated, social was disconnected from the identity, and around 8,000 email contacts were sitting unsegmented. What they asked for was an integrated operation across every touchpoint, not a surface-level restyling.

The work

An ecosystem, not a restyling.

Brand identity and corporate voice refreshed. Responsive website rebuilt on clear UX, with a downloadable catalogue, lead capture wired to the CRM and tracking. Graphics for catalogues and promotional material, bi-monthly photo and video production, management of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn at eight posts a month, email marketing with automations and KPI reporting, support for training events.

Not mere side materials, but narrative tools to give the company a face.

Project objective
Today

One voice across every channel.

Since 2025 the website, social and email have followed the same calendar and the same voice, and the contact database is segmented and in use. The relationship is still open.
