New website and updated brand palette for Dream Project Solution, a surveyors' practice in Ticino working with private and business clients. Thirteen projects told through professional archive photography, a contact form built to qualify those who want to start a project, editorial desktop-first design in Italian. Site going online this week.

An old site that talked about a different practice.
Dream Project Solution is a surveyors' practice in Ticino working for private and business clients, with a portfolio built over the years across the region and a concrete technical approach. The previous site told the story of a different practice: generic stock images, low perceived quality, a white/anthracite/orange palette far from the language of a technical professional, to the point that a visitor landing on the homepage could not tell who they were dealing with. The goal was twofold: to present the practice to the market with an image worthy of the real work, and to build a lead generation tool that would bring qualified enquiries rather than generic contacts to filter one by one.

An update, not a rebrand.
The existing logo was kept: the work covered palette, typography, structure and content, with an editorial approach made of order, clarity and quality photography rather than effects. The new palette brings a cream as primary colour and a bright blue as accent, replacing the old white/anthracite/orange, and is designed for the site but extendable to other touchpoints. Neue Helvetica across the whole site, in caps and lowercase, to build hierarchies without decorative fonts. The site is organised in six areas, homepage, services, competencies, projects, project detail and contacts, in Italian, desktop-first for the B2B visitor evaluating a technical supplier in front of a large screen, and working on mobile too. The projects section gathers 13 works by the practice, each with its own page and the surveyor's archive photography: no stock images, no generic renders. The contact form does not stop at name and email, it asks specific questions to anyone wanting to start a project: type of intervention, design phase, context.

For a technical practice, the website is the first site visit. If it's tidy, well-crafted, full of real work, the visitor already knows what to expect from the first phone call.
Outsmart Team
Six areas, thirteen projects, the same logo.
The delivered site has six areas, 13 project pages with archive photography, a contact form built to qualify enquiries, the cream and blue palette and Neue Helvetica as its single typeface. The logo has stayed as it was, and the new colour system remains ready to be applied to other touchpoints when the practice needs it.
The project in numbers
01Why should a surveyors' practice have a well-crafted website?
Because clients, private or corporate, evaluate a technical practice online too before getting in touch. A dated site or one with stock images communicates approximation and discourages qualified enquiries. An editorial site with real projects well photographed does the opposite: it opens the door to quality leads.
02What does the redesign of a technical practice's site include?
For Dream Project Solution we defined a six-area information structure, a new colour palette (cream and bright blue), a typographic system (Neue Helvetica in caps and lowercase), 13 project pages with archive photography and a targeted contact form. Desktop-first approach, Italian as the only language, minimal editorial design.
03Do you need to redo the logo if you redo the site?
Not always. For Dream Project Solution we kept the existing logo: it worked well and there was no point in rewriting it. We updated the palette and typography, which were the elements that no longer communicated. Rebuilding a brand from scratch makes sense only when the old identity is a tangible obstacle.
04How do you design a contact form for lead generation?
By turning it from a "name and email field" into a real qualification tool. The Dream Project Solution form asks specific questions to those who want to start a project together: type of intervention, design phase, context. Fewer enquiries come in, but they are far more qualified.
